The location was perfect and magnificent, to coast. A few times I ate at A Taste of Thailand, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The rooms were brand-new and cheap with all basic amenities, a separate bathroom, Complimentary water, no reason to complain.

We liked this place - quiet and stunningly beautiful hotel.
The location for Richmond was marvellous, so close to the pub downstairs, all local eateries and amenities and the beer garden. And it was not too far from Green Howards Museum.

Everything exceeded all expectations and I had an excellent stay at winter time. This hotel was cosy base for exploring Richmond, enjoyed it. Great and incredible location just off the communal areas, shops & beautiful views from the castle, and all resturants and shops, I felt safe. Went to Kings Head Property for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the hotel. The staff was accommodating, welcoming, and everything was good.

The room was brand-new and neat and included an ironing set, coffee and tea making equipment, and a DVD player, loved it. The bed was very comfy and the staff were caring. The provided service was good.

My stay was such wonderful for our 4th visit. The staff were efficient, everything was nice. The location was unbeatable and excellent, close to Millgate House Garden. I went to a lovely restaurant and truly enjoyed the French dishes.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were rather noisy.
